1. Just don't bring a car with you if you're on a vacation or business travel, unless you really need to. There are limo services in the South Beach that you can rent out. Or if you want to be modest, you can take the taxi to move around the neighborhood. You can always opt for the natural and healthy way of moving around South Beach; you can walk from point A to B while appreciating the views along the way.

2. Know what parking meters are and where you can find these. These are solar-powered parking meters and usually installed on high-traffic areas in the neighborhood.

3. Take advantage of even the smallest parking space; by sheer skill you can also squeeze a car into that area.

4. When you park, park to leave as many room as possible for other cars. If there is a room behind you for another car, it's best to pull up as close to the car in front of you. And if you are at the other end of the block you can also let your car overlap the yellow curb a bit.

5. When it comes to towing cars, cars that are parked in the handicapped section and blocking the driveways are likely to be towed first. Cars that are parked in residential areas without permits can be towed as well. So if you will bring or rent a car in South Beach, it's best to know first the regulations on the neighborhood.

6. Back alleys in the neighborhood are excellent places to park your car on a busy weekend and there are some spots that you are allowed to do that. But just be careful since these are private properties and towing can be immediate if you use private spaces. If you find a good spot in the alley, better park at your own risk.

With hundreds and thousands of tourists partying and having a good time in South Beach on a weekend, parking will definitely become a problem. But if you are prepared for it and you just opt for taxi or limo service then this issue can be taken off your mind for the weekend.
